INGREDIENTS: Purified water, humectant (vegetable glycerin), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidifier (citric acid), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin), strawberry flavor.

How to take the supplement?– can be taken orally or sublingually.

ORAL USE
As?– take 0.5 ml a day, preferably with food.

SUBLINGUAL USE
As?– take 0.5 ml a day, preferably with food.

Place this amount under the tongue and hold there for 30 to 60 seconds to allow absorption through the sublingual veins before swallowing.

When?– at any time of the day. There is no maximum taking time.

Recommendation– at all doses, make sure not to fill the pipette completely to avoid measurement error due to air bubbles. Always use the 0.5 ml mark as a reference for measurements.
