FerroPlus is a dietary supplement formulated to help achieve and maintain adequate iron levels, improving symptoms associated with iron deficiency, such as fatigue, lack of concentration, hair loss, and anemia, among others.

Its combination of iron bisglycinate Ferrochel® (a highly tolerated form) with vitamin C, copper, vitamin B12, folates and other cofactors, promotes the normal formation of red blood cells, hemoproteins such as hemoglobin, normal oxygen transport in the body, energy metabolism and immune function.

Instructions for use:Take 1 capsule at any time of day (with or without food). Avoid taking it with coffee, tea, calcium supplements, or calcium-rich foods such as milk, as this may contribute to a decrease in the absorption of Ferrochel.

ENVÍOS INTERNACIONALES

La persona a la que va dirigida el pedido será responsable de todos los costes aduaneros asociados a la importación de los productos (incluso si rechaza el pedido). Por favor, si estás enviando a alguien residente fuera de la Unión Europea productos asegúrate de que conoce todo esto.

Asimismo es posible que, por motivos aduaneros, el pedido sufra algún retraso.

DEVOLUCIONES

Nuestro almacén dispone de un sistema de seguridad que monitoriza la preparación de todos y cada uno de los pedidos. Con ello podemos comprobar, en caso de incidencia, qué producto no se te ha enviado o cuál se te ha enviado de forma errónea. Además de ser una herramienta de mejora, permite controlar posibles fraudes por parte de clientes.

En caso de error en los envíos, siguiendo los consejos de las autoridades con motivo de la situación coyuntural dada por la pandemia, el cliente elegirá la opción que mayor le convenga:

1.- Un abono del importe del producto en la misma cuenta en la que hizo su pedido, aplicando los descuentos en caso de que así se haya procedido.

2.- Una reposición el artículo en la próxima expedición junto con un detalle por la incidencia. Cuando realices el nuevo pedido, deberás informarnos de la incidencia anterior mediante los canales de comunicación de que disponemos.

3.- En caso de que el producto/s enviado/s erróneos supere/n los 10 euros, se procederá a un envío con retorno.

4.- Los productos abiertos o desprecintados, independientemente de si han sido o nos consumidos, no tendrán derecho a devolución.

En caso de querer devolver un producto/s, ten en cuenta:

Si el producto que quieres devolver ha sido adquirido a través de una campaña promocional, se reembolsará el importe correspondiente que el producto tenía durante la promoción, no su precio original. Todos los artículos deberán estar intactos, sin desprecintar, y en perfectas condiciones.

No aceptaremos devoluciones de productos ya abiertos, dañados (independientemente de si ha sido mal protegido por el cliente o por malas praxis del transportista) o sin su embalaje original.

REEMBOLSOS

Los reembolsos se procederán siguiendo los puntos del apartado anterior, nunca superando los 15 días desde la recepción de la mercancía en nuestros almacenes.

La devolución se realizará siguiendo el mismo de método de pago que utilizaste: en la misma tarjeta (válido también para pagos REDSYS) o cuenta de Paypal. Si lo hiciste mediante transferencia bancaria se te pedirá un número de cuenta para hacerte la compensación.

Si lo prefieres, podrás optar por canjear el importe en un cupón descuento para tu próxima compra.

REHUSO DE PEDIDOS

Rechazar el pedido en el acto de entrega o la imposibilidad de concertar la recogida por razones no atribuibles a IVB WELLNESS o al servicio de mensajería, implicará la pérdida de los costes inherentes a la compra, a saber: costes de envío (y los mismos costes de devolución) y coste del embalaje de transporte y coste de posibles roturas en el transporte.

El transportista hará dos intentos de entrega en la dirección indicada como “Dirección de entrega”. En caso de que no pueda ser entregado, el pedido quedará estacionado durante 15 días en la oficina de ‘Dirección de entrega’ más cercana, indicada en el seguimiento de las notificaciones que recibas por nuestra parte y/o por parte de nuestros partners logísticos por correo electrónico y/o por SMS. Si transcurrido ese tiempo no se retira el pedido, éste será devuelto a nuestras instalaciones actuando según las cláusulas estipuladas en el párrafo anterior.

Why is it not sustained release?

Because sustained-release iron is not recommended, since what we want is to absorb iron in the duodenum, where it physiologically occurs most. If we had used a sustained-release capsule, you would be leaving the iron in the distal portions of the small intestine, making its absorption much lower and also increasing the risk of gastrointestinal intolerances (diarrhea/constipation) because a large portion of unabsorbed iron would reach the colon.

Why did we add the rest of the compounds?

To improve absorption (thanks to vitamin C and copper in the form of gluconate) and to improve the production of the heme group that forms hemoproteins.

Can children and teenagers take it?

It's always best to consult your pediatrician. However, for adolescents over 14 years of age, especially girls, it can be helpful in cases of diagnosed iron deficiency.

How long should you take it?

The minimum time to effectively replenish iron reserves is 3 months (1 bottle), and it can be continued longer if iron deficiency or anemia has not resolved after that time.

In cases of chronic anemia, for example due to heavy periods, once the anemia has been resolved and to prevent it from recurring, it is recommended to continue taking the medication but with a more spaced-out schedule:

1 capsule 3 times per week, or 1 capsule daily for 2 weeks per month.

Can I take FerroPlus if I'm already taking TyroEnergy and/or Vitamin C-500, since all three contain vitamin C? Is there a risk of overdoing it?

If you need it, you can take FerroPlus in addition to TyroEnergy and/or vitamin C without any problems. There's no risk of overdosing, and spreading them out over different times of the day will help you get the most out of their benefits.

FerroPlus contains 100 mg of vitamin C per capsule, a safe amount designed to improve iron absorption in the small intestine.

Even if you're taking TyroEnergy (which contains 150 mg of vitamin C) or our vitamin C supplement (which contains 500 mg), you're not getting close to the upper tolerated limit of 2,000 mg per day. Chronically exceeding that amount could cause digestive discomfort or an increased risk of kidney stones in predisposed individuals. But within typical supplementation ranges, there's no real risk.

The only thing we recommend is to space out the intake of both supplements throughout the day, to:

- Optimize intestinal absorption.

- Avoid allowing a temporary excess to be eliminated quickly in the urine, since vitamin C is water-soluble.
