How to take the supplement?- Take 1 capsule daily. In initial situations of great intensity of pain, you can take 2 capsules a day separated every 12 hours. If you have difficulty swallowing, open capsules and dissolve in liquids or food.

When?– at any time of the day, preferably on a full stomach.

There is no maximum taking time. However, it is recommended that after 6 months of use, suspension or intermittent intake (3 times a week) be considered as maintenance and prevention of the benefits achieved.

Can it be taken like ibuprofen for occasional pain?

ZeroDol works best when taken daily, as it is more focused on chronic pain. If you wanted to use it for specific cases and depending on the intensity of the pain, you would have to take 2 to 3 capsules. But keep in mind, as we say, that you will not notice its effects as much, but every stone makes a wall.

Can it be combined with NSAIDs or taken instead of them?

Unlike other supplements intended to reduce inflammation and pain, such as turmeric, resveratrol, bromelain, boswellia, ginger, or the most common analgesic and anti-inflammatory drugs, ZeroDol acts in a completely unique way. This makes it an alternative to such supplements or to the chronic use of anti-inflammatory or analgesic drugs. However, it could be perfectly combined with these.

What dose would it be?

You should take 1 ZeroDol capsule a day on a full stomach, BUT in initial situations of high pain intensity you can take 2 capsules a day 12 hours apart.

Adenomyosis

Improvement

I have been taking zerodol for 2 months and I have noticed an improvement in the pain I suffer from. I just bought the 2nd bottle.

For migraines

I've been taking it for migraines for about a month and a half, along with magnesium. I've had an incredible streak without migraines! The first few days I didn't notice anything different, but after this time I can say that it works a lot!!!. I have to say that I've tried everything (botox, different preventative treatments, now I'm on injections that don't do anything for me (aww)). I'll keep taking it because my migraines have been reduced by almost half in a month and a half.
