How to take the supplement?– take 2 capsules a day. If you have difficulty swallowing, open capsules and dissolve in liquids or food. Weight less than 50kg take 1 capsule.

When?– at any time of the day with a full stomach. There is no maximum taking time, a minimum of 6 consecutive months of taking is recommended.

You can, after 6 months of continuous use, start taking it 3 times a week for 3 months.

Consider maintenance the weeks before menstruation. If you stop, and after a while symptoms appear, you can resume.

Recommendation– to avoid contraceptive rebound effect, take it 3 months before stopping the pill and 6 months after.

Can it be taken with contraceptive methods?

FemmeBalance does not affect the effectiveness of the pill, ring or IUD. To avoid the rebound effect of stopping contraception, you may want to take FemmeBalance 3 months before stopping and continue it after stopping. It may help relieve symptoms such as PMS, acne or hair loss associated with these methods.
Can it make acne worse?

The first or second month of using FemmeBalance can make your acne worse, because the process of reversing the excess activation of testosterone in the hair follicles of the body (which produce excess body hair) and in the sebaceous gland (which make the sebum thicker and more prone to clogging and over-infection with the C.
