If your order is destined for a country outside the European Union (Switzerland or the United Kingdom), shipping may be subject to duties, taxes, or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. We will ship your package using the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place), which means IVB will be responsible for delivery but will not be responsible for any customs fees or local taxes.

The person to whom the order is addressed will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products (even if they refuse the order). Please make sure they are aware of this if you are sending products to someone outside the European Union.

It is also possible that, for customs reasons, the order may be delayed.

RETURNS

Our warehouse has a security system that monitors the preparation of each and every order. This allows us to verify, in case of any issues, which product was not shipped to you or which was shipped incorrectly. In addition to being a tool for improvement, it also helps us control potential customer fraud.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of an error on the part of IVB WELLNESS LAB in sending the wrong or defective product.

In case of errors in shipments, following the advice of the authorities due to the current situation caused by the pandemic, the customer will choose the option that best suits them:

1.- A refund of the product amount to the same account in which you placed your order, applying any discounts if applicable.

2. A replacement item will be included in the next shipment, along with a small refund for the issue. When placing your new order, please inform us of the previous issue through our available communication channels.

3.- If the incorrect product(s) sent exceed 10 euros, a return shipment will be made.

4.- Products that have been opened or unsealed, regardless of whether they have been consumed or not, will not be eligible for return.

If you wish to return a product(s), please note:

If the product you wish to return was purchased through a promotional campaign, you will be refunded the promotional price, not the original price. All items must be unopened, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

We will not accept returns of products that have already been opened, damaged (regardless of whether they have been poorly protected by the customer or due to poor practices by the carrier) or without their original packaging.

REHUSO DE PEDIDOS

Rechazar el pedido en el acto de entrega o la imposibilidad de concertar la recogida por razones no atribuibles a IVB WELLNESS o al servicio de mensajería, implicará la pérdida de los costes inherentes a la compra, a saber: costes de envío (y los mismos costes de devolución) y coste del embalaje de transporte y coste de posibles roturas en el transporte.

El transportista hará dos intentos de entrega en la dirección indicada como “Dirección de entrega”. En caso de que no pueda ser entregado, el pedido quedará estacionado durante 15 días en la oficina de ‘Dirección de entrega’ más cercana, indicada en el seguimiento de las notificaciones que recibas por nuestra parte y/o por parte de nuestros partners logísticos por correo electrónico y/o por SMS. Can it be taken if you have/have had breast/endometrial cancer or a history of it?

MenoMaster contains soy isoflavones and acts like natural estrogens, alleviating the deficiency symptoms typical of menopause. They have phytoestrogenic properties and bind to beta estrogen receptors (skin, brain, vagina, bones and joints, all except the breast and endometrium). But they do NOT bind to alpha receptors (breast and endometrium) so there is NO risk of breast or endometrial cancer, even in women with adjuvant therapy with tamoxifen, which increases survival.

What if the hot flashes come back? Does that mean it's stopped working?

Hot flashes are exacerbated by different situations, meaning that MenoMaster sometimes falls short: sudden changes in temperature, drinking more alcohol in a more or less short period of time, eating spicier food or having slept less, a period of stress, a recent infection, such as a viral infection, respiratory infection, etc., since all of this overloads the hypothalamic system, and makes MenoMaster fall short in these situations. Our advice is that you continue taking MenoMaster until the external symptom passes.

Is it normal to have very yellow urine?

It is completely normal, don't worry. Just like when you take large amounts of water-soluble vitamins like all those in the B group and vitamin C, an excess of water-soluble vitamins is eliminated through urine (water). MenoMaster contains activated B2 and B6 (two water-soluble vitamins that have no maximum limit because they do not have adverse effects associated with their excess precisely because they are eliminated through urine and do not accumulate like vitamin D, A, E and Ks). So what you see in your urine the first few months is part of the activated vitamin B2 and B6 that is reabsorbed over time and normalizes. I have been taking it for 3 weeks and the improvement is evident...regarding the dryness, it has disappeared as well as the hot flashes, I feel calmer and more relaxed but with energy.

In just one week, my night sweats were greatly reduced, my mood, sleep, dry mucous membranes and appetite improved. I would say my improvement has been 90%. I am really happy with this product, it has been quick from the first moment to control the hot flashes, and general discomfort, in addition to mood swings.
In my suggestions, I would add that, since it is a product that is used constantly, it would be good to make one for two or three months of treatment, since I have to be aware of buying it monthly.
