INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If your order is destined for a country outside the European Union (Switzerland or the United Kingdom), shipping may be subject to duties, taxes, or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. We will ship your package using the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place), which means IVB will be responsible for delivery but will not be responsible for any customs fees or local taxes.

The person to whom the order is addressed will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products (even if they refuse the order). Please make sure they are aware of this if you are sending products to someone outside the European Union.

It is also possible that, for customs reasons, the order may be delayed.

RETURNS

Our warehouse has a security system that monitors the preparation of each and every order. This allows us to verify, in case of any issues, which product was not shipped to you or which was shipped incorrectly. In addition to being a tool for improvement, it also helps us control potential customer fraud.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of an error on the part of IVB WELLNESS LAB in sending the wrong or defective product.

In case of errors in shipments, following the advice of the authorities due to the current situation caused by the pandemic, the customer will choose the option that best suits them:

1.- A refund of the product amount to the same account in which you placed your order, applying any discounts if applicable.

2. A replacement item will be included in the next shipment, along with a small refund for the issue. When placing your new order, please inform us of the previous issue through our available communication channels.

3.- If the incorrect product(s) sent exceed 10 euros, a return shipment will be made.

4.- Products that have been opened or unsealed, regardless of whether they have been consumed or not, will not be eligible for return.

If you wish to return a product(s), please note:

If the product you wish to return was purchased through a promotional campaign, you will be refunded the promotional price, not the original price. All items must be unopened, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

We will not accept returns of products that have already been opened, damaged (regardless of whether they have been poorly protected by the customer or due to poor practices by the carrier) or without their original packaging.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed following the points in the previous section, never exceeding 15 days from the receipt of the merchandise in our warehouses.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used: to the same card (also valid for REDSYS payments) or PayPal account. If you paid by bank transfer, you will be asked for an account number to issue the compensation.

If you prefer, you can opt to exchange the amount for a discount coupon for your next purchase.

ORDER REFUSAL

Refusing the order at the time of delivery or the inability to arrange pickup for reasons not attributable to IVB WELLNESS or the courier service will result in the loss of costs inherent to the purchase, namely: shipping costs (and the same return costs) and the cost of transport packaging and the cost of any breakages during transport.

The carrier will make two delivery attempts to the address indicated as "Delivery address." If it cannot be delivered, the order will be held for 15 days at the nearest "Delivery address" office, indicated in the tracking notifications you receive from us and/or our logistics partners via email and/or SMS. If the order is not picked up after this period, it will be returned to our facilities, acting according to the clauses stipulated in the previous paragraph.

Why does LactaNatal contain Vitamin A if it is not recommended during pregnancy?

During pregnancy, there are specific precautions regarding dosages, but after childbirth, the mother's need skyrockets to nourish her milk. During the lactation stage, its consumption is completely safe. The baby is born with few reserves and depends 100% on breast milk to obtain this vitamin. It is a fundamental nutrient, as it contributes to the maintenance of vision under normal conditions. Furthermore, vitamin A contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, supporting its natural defenses. That is why we include 900 µg, an effective and safe dose.

Why doesn't LactaNatal contain iron?

Because during exclusive breastfeeding, iron needs drop drastically (accumulated reserves from pregnancy are usually present, and there is no menstruation). Instead, we have prioritized space for nutrients that you do need in high doses now, such as choline and coenzyme Q10. Choline contributes to maintaining normal liver function, excellently supporting your nutritional status in the postpartum period. For its part, coenzyme Q10 is a fundamental molecule that naturally participates in cellular energy production at the mitochondrial level.

Should I continue taking vitamin D3K2?

It would not be necessary to continue taking our Vitamin D3+K2, because the formula already includes the necessary amount of both vitamins to cover the needs during breastfeeding.

Why doesn't LactaNatal contain magnesium?

We have decided not to include it because magnesium is a particularly unstable mineral and its bioavailability can be compromised when combined with the high density of other minerals in this formula. Furthermore, forcing its inclusion could affect your digestive tolerance, something we want to take the utmost care of. For this reason, we have opted to separate it and recommend its intake through Magnesio Total. This way, if you take it together with LactaNatal, you will correctly cover the very high postpartum requirements, ensuring the best stability, tolerance, and absorption.

Why do I need LactaNatal if VitalNatal Woman covered the breastfeeding period?

The previous formula for VitalNatal Woman was general and covered the conception, pregnancy, and breastfeeding stages in a single product. With the reformulation of the line, we can be much more specific. LactaNatal offers a precise formulation for the enormous demands on women in the postpartum period. For its part, the new VitalNatal Woman formula is designed exclusively for women trying to conceive, preparing the body for gestation. Separating the formulas has allowed us to create much more advanced, potent, and specific products for each moment of your motherhood.

How will I receive my product? Internally sealed.
