How to take the supplement?– take 1 capsule a day preferably on a full stomach. If you need more doses of vitamin C, you can take up to 3 capsules a day separated every 8 hours. In case of difficulty swallowing, open capsule and dissolve in liquids or food.

Why 500 mg?

The topic of vitamin C absorption is complex, but it is important to know that the body has a limit to the amount of vitamin C it can absorb in a single dose. Studies suggest that vitamin C absorption decreases when higher doses are taken and that the maximum dose per intake is 500 mg. When 1000 mg is taken, absorption can be reduced to around 50%.

Is that too much vitamin C if I also take TyroEnergy?
