Promotion Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions for promotions apply to each and every promotion published by IVB WELLNESS LAB and on its social media channels.

Likewise, all instructions, rules, and conditions of a specific promotion are part of these general terms and conditions. In case of conflict between general or specific promotions, the particular conditions of each offer shall prevail.

The general terms and conditions of use of the IVB WELLNESS LAB website, including the terms and conditions of use and the published Privacy Policy, also apply to Promotions.

IVB WELLNESS LAB reserves the right to modify the terms of its promotions (and any of the IVB WELLNESS LAB terms of use) at its sole discretion, which will be published on the website.

Promotion

A Promotion is understood as a right to a discount (up to the amount indicated for each promotion) on the price of an order that meets the published requirements for each promotion. Said discount is applicable to the subtotal of the price offood supplements.

Promotions are only valid on the IVB WELLNESS LAB website and for an order that meets the conditions of each promotion.

Promotions are subject to availability. In particular, IVB WELLNESS LAB reserves the right to cancel a Promotion and refuse the use of a promotional code when the total value of promotional codes already used exceeds a certain amount. Consult the specific terms and conditions of each promotion for the amount in each case.

Promotions do not grant the right to place a specific order.

How to benefit from Promotions

You can only benefit from a Promotion for an order that meets its usage requirements and that you place through IVB WELLNESS LAB.

Promotions can only be used at the time of placing an order that meets the conditions of each specific promotion. They can under no circumstances be applied to an order already placed.

Promotionsare not cumulative for the same order.A Promotional Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other.

Promotions have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash (or for in-kind benefits, such as gift vouchers).

Any remaining amounts after using a Promotion cannot be transferred or refunded.

Promotions are only valid during the indicated period and on the dates and for the products specified in each promotion. Promotions may be limited to a maximum number of discounts, vouchers, or promotional codes.

The discount amount of a Promotion is indicated in the individual requirements of each promotion.

In the event that promotions are subject to a minimum purchase amount, shipping costs are not included in said amount.

When a Promotion has been communicated by email or social media, the promotion will not be transferable and the email address provided in the order must match the email address to which the Promotion was sent.

Cancellation, modification, and compensation of discount order reservations

In the case of a discounted order:

If you cancel an order, you will not be entitled to a refund of the discount or to have the Promotion offered again; each promotion is exhausted at the moment you consent to the purchase.

In case of return and refund, you will be refunded the amount you paid for the purchase and in no case will the discount amount be credited to you, in whole or in part.

If you modify that order, you will not be entitled to a refund of the Discount or to have the Promotion offered again; if the order is maintained and the only modifications are additions of products, the value of the Discount will be maintained. If by modifying the order you no longer meet the Promotion requirements, it will not be applied to you.

Rejection and cancellation

IVB WELLNESS LAB reserves the right to cancel a Promotion or refuse the use of a Promotion if it reasonably believes that the Promotion is being used illegally, unlawfully, abusively, or fraudulently. Purchases made by the same person (natural or legal) through different user accounts to take advantage of the same promotion more than once are considered fraudulent, abusive, or improper use, among others.

If IVB WELLNESS LAB rejects a promotional discount presented as part of an order for any reason, it will inform you of the correct order amount before accepting payment in order to give you the opportunity not to proceed with the order.

Limitation of liability

IVB WELLNESS LAB will not accept any liability to a customer for financial losses arising from the rejection, cancellation, or withdrawal of a Promotion by the store, nor for the non-use or inability of a customer to use a Promotion for any reason.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute or conflict that may arise as a consequence of the Promotions will be resolved in accordance with the current legislation in Spain.

To the extent permitted by law, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city ofValencia.

By participating in this Promotion, the Participant affirms that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to modification, as provided by applicable laws and regulations. If the Promoter decides not to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein, this shall not constitute a waiver of such condition or term. If for any reason the Promotion cannot be applied as planned, or if the Promotion is corrupted and/or does not allow for its proper performance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, due to fraud, administrative errors, or other causes, the Promoter reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, disqualify any individual involved in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion. The Promoter, and other relieved entities, will have no liability whatsoever to any Participant who is disqualified as a result of a review of the Promotion.
