It is important to combine the intake of Vitamin D3+K2 with the intake of our Total Magnesium, since the latter is responsible for activating and transporting the vitamin to the correct place in our body. However, it is not strictly necessary to take both in the same dose; taking them both on the same day is sufficient.

Of the Total Magnesium, take 2 capsules per day, preferably with food. You can take both capsules together or separately throughout the day. Taking them 45 minutes before bed (both capsules) can help you sleep better because it naturally helps promote the production of GABA, a relaxing neurotransmitter (it doesn't make you sleep, but it relaxes you).

Keep in mind that the contents may have a slight lemon aroma, which could influence the flavor of the food or drink where it is diluted. This option ensures that you can continue to benefit from Omega-3 fatty acids without the need to swallow the capsule.
