INGREDIENTS: Metabolaid®: Concentrated plant extracts [Lemon Verbena leaf (Lippia Citriodora Kunth.) and Hibiscus flower (Hibiscus Sabdariffa L.)], Capsule- DRcapsTM (Coating agents: Hydroxypropylmeticellulose and gellan gum), Csat+® ( Carob fruit extract (Ceratonia siliqua), carob gum and fructooligosaccharides), Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Safrasol® - Dry extract of Saffron (Crocus sativus L., stigmas, 10% crocins and 2% safranal) , Anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

Content: 60 capsules. (1 month of use)

How to take the supplement?– take 2 capsules a day. It is not recommended to open the capsules and dilute them in liquids or food.

When?– with or without food. If you are more hungry at night, take one with breakfast and another at lunch. If you are hungrier at midday, have one for dinner and one for breakfast.

There is no maximum taking time. It is recommended to take it for at least 3-4 months to see its effects. Once the peak of appetite and sweet craving is controlled, it can be reduced to 1 capsule per day. If you experience increased appetite or sweet cravings again, you can take 2 capsules a day.

Recommendation– during breastfeeding, take after breastfeeding.
