Is VitalNatal Woman necessary together with FertiUp?

VitalNatal Woman is necessary before, during and in the event that breastfeeding is desired and possible. The basic and indispensable product is VitalNatal Woman and then, as EXTRA, FertiUp, but they are not interchangeable or equivalent. One (VitalNatal Woman fulfills a basic function, covering the necessary extra requirements of micro nutrients in the perigestational period and breastfeeding) and the other (FertiUp) is a higher step, an extra, to optimize the process of achieving pregnancy by optimizing the hormonal metabolic environment, once the basics (VitalNatal Woman, are covered).

Should I continue taking vitamin D3k2?

It would not be necessary to continue taking our Vitamin D3+K2, because the formula already includes the necessary amount of both vitamins to cover the peri-gestational needs of both vitamins.

Why doesn't it contain magnesium?

We have decided not to include it because magnesium is a highly unstable mineral and difficult to formulate. Magnesio Total must continue to be taken to ensure preconception requirements if VitalNatal Woman is taken, in order to guarantee its maximum bioavailability.

It works great for me. It's the most complete one I've found.

Personally, it works very well for me. I notice that it does not constipate as much as other supplements and it is very complete, with vitamin D, K2 and choline.
