Content: 60 capsules. (1 month of use)

How to take the supplement?– take 2 capsules a day. If you have difficulty swallowing, open capsules and dissolve in liquids or food. Weight less than 50kg take 1 capsule.

When?– at any time of the day with a full stomach. There is no maximum taking time, a minimum of 6 consecutive months of taking is recommended.

You can, after 6 months of continuous use, start taking it 3 times a week for 3 months.

Consider maintenance the weeks before menstruation. If you stop, and after a while symptoms appear, you can resume.

Recommendation– to avoid contraceptive rebound effect, take it 3 months before stopping the pill and 6 months after.

I've been taking it for almost 6 months now and I'm delighted. I take it along with tyroenergy to mitigate all the problems caused by hypothyroidism (not treated medically). My periods have become regular, the feeling of being "on the verge of bursting" with PMS has disappeared and my hair loss has stopped.

Good product

I have been taking femmebalance+zerodol+vit C for endometriosis for months and I have noticed improvement, although it has not completely solved it like other people who say it has. Now I don't have pain outside of my period, which I did before. During my period I still haven't managed to stop taking Ibuprofen but I have reduced the amount I take. I have been taking these 3 supplements since approximately January.
I also take vit d3k2 and magnesium.
