DIRECTIONS: Take 2 capsules a day with water and preferably with food.

How to take the supplement?– take 2 capsules a day on a full stomach. In case of difficulty swallowing, they can be opened and diluted in liquids and/or food.

When?- at any moment of the day. Start taking it three months before trying to conceive (when the egg begins to mature) and continue during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
