Registration process:

B2C: Registration is not required to make a purchase. If customers wish to register, they can do so before or after their purchase by accessing the registration page, where they will be asked for their first name, last name, email address, and password.

B2B: The website can only be accessed by registered customers. Business accounts are created internally.

 The information provided to place the order must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date at all times. Failure to comply with this condition constitutes a violation of the terms and conditions, which may result in the termination of the contract with IVB WELLNESS LAB.

A corresponding invoice will be attached to the confirmation email for every order placed. If, for any reason, you cannot find the attached invoice, please contact IVB WELLNESS LAB so we can resend it to you via email, ensuring transparency and the proper management of your purchase.

 Discount coupons

Coupons or discount codes are for individual use, non-cumulative, and subject to the indicated validity dates. IVB WELLNESS LAB reserves the right to cancel any promotion for individual or collective customers if it is deemed that they are being used abusively or inappropriately. If you have a coupon, it must be added during the checkout process; at the moment you provide your shipping details and select the payment method, you will have available the special promotion terms and conditions here.

RECEIPTS AND INVOICING

B2C: Receipts and invoices are sent digitally upon customer request. Otherwise, the purchase confirmation email serves as proof of purchase.

B2B: The invoice is physically included inside the package and is not generated until payment is made. If requested digitally, it is sent via email and is also available in the user profile on the website..

TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

In the event that the Customer makes an error when submitting their data, they may modify it in the “My Profile” section at any time.

In the event of an error occurring during the checkout process, it may be corrected at any time before the purchase is finalized.

If the modified data refers to the shipping address where the Customer has requested the purchased product to be delivered, the shipment will be sent to the new address provided, as long as the product has not yet been shipped. Otherwise, once the package is returned to our company, the IVB WELLNESS LAB credit will be refunded to finalize the purchase. If the Customer makes a mistake when completing the order, they must write as soon as possible to contacto@ivbwellness.com, indicating the order number and the correct address. ORDER CONFIRMATION

After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as possible. The purchase is confirmed on the final screen after payment, and an email is sent containing the confirmation, order number, shipping and billing details, purchase summary, itemized total, payment method, and shipping method.

Shipping policy:

EXCHANGES

In cases of shipping errors, the customer may choose between an exchange for the correct product or a refund of the amount paid.

 

5. Deadlines to request an exchange:

The customer must communicate the exchange request within a reasonable period from the receipt of the product, preferably within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Exchange requests will not be accepted outside of this period, unless the product has manufacturing defects covered by the warranty.

 

6. Change evaluation and authorization:

Our technical team will proceed to evaluate the condition of the returned product to verify if it meets the established conditions for an exchange.

Authorization for the exchange will be subject to verification that the product has not been used and remains in its original condition.

 

7. Alternatives if the exchange cannot be processed:

If the exchange cannot be processed because the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, we will offer the customer the option of a refund for the amount paid for the product, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

 RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

El desistimiento es la facultad de un consumidor de un bien para devolverlo al comercio dentro de un plazo legal, sin tener que alegar ni dar ninguna explicación al respecto ni sufrir una penalización.

Si no estás satisfecho con tu compra de complementos alimenticios en IVB WELLNESS LAB, tienes un plazo de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del producto para solicitar la devolución.

The right to withdraw from the contract shall apply exclusively to products returned in the same condition in which the customer received them, without prejudice to the exceptions provided for such right.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal for Dietary Supplements:

In accordance with the provisions of Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to the following products:

Sealed Health and Hygiene Products:

Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal. In the case of dietary supplements, once the seal or security seal has been opened or tampered with, they cannot be returned for food safety and health reasons.

Bundle Promotions:

Partial returns of products will not be accepted when the purchase is part of a promotion offering a special price or discount for the acquisition of a set of items. The customer agrees to keep the products in perfect condition until the time of shipment. Once this period has passed without communicating the intent to withdraw, partial returns will not be accepted.

Additionally, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases:

• The product shows signs of use.
• The product is incomplete, missing an accessory, or has been tampered with and/or broken.
• The period established to exercise the right of withdrawal under current regulations has expired.

No refund will be issued if the product has been used beyond its mere opening, if it is not in the same condition as when it was delivered, or if it has suffered any damage. Therefore, it is important for the customer to be careful with the products while they are in their possession.

The item must be returned including all its original packaging, instructions, and any other accompanying documents.

The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of an error by IVB WELLNESS LAB in shipping the incorrect or defective product.

Once the return has been received and it is verified that the product meets the return conditions, we will proceed to issue the corresponding refund within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.

Product Status:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and in perfect condition.

Returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or that do not retain their original packaging.

For products purchased through promotional campaigns, all items involved must be returned intact.

All items must be intact and complete, including any accessories or additional documentation provided with the product.

Legitimate Reasons for Return:

• Shipping Error: In the event of receiving an incorrect product due to a shipping error, the customer may choose to:

• If the value of the incorrectly sent products exceeds 10 euros, a return-and-exchange shipment will be arranged.
• Non-compliance with Specifications: If the product does not meet the specifications indicated in the description or on the label, the customer may request a return.

Return Procedure:

The customer must notify their intent to return the product via email, providing details such as the order number, reason for the return, and the condition of the product.

Our technical team will verify the condition of the returned product to ensure it meets the established return conditions.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the goods at our warehouse.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (credit card, PayPal account). If the payment was made via bank transfer, the customer's account number will be requested to proceed with the refund.

IVB WELLNESS LAB   will not accept freight collect or cash on delivery shipments, nor those where shipping or return costs have not been paid.

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Sometimes, we create codes so you can get an IVB WELLNESS LAB product with a significant discount.

WARRANTY

Warranty Limitations:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper storage, or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of IVB WELLNESS LAB. Furthermore, the warranty will not apply in cases excluded by law, such as those involving the opening of sealed products for health or hygiene reasons.

The warranty shall also not apply to apparent defects and product non-conformities, for which any claim must be made within 7 days following delivery.

Tampoco cubrirá los productos dañados por un uso inadecuado.

Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product. The warranty does not cover discrepancies between the product received and the image displayed on the website.

En ningún caso IVB WELLNESS LAB, es responsable frente a cualquier incumplimiento del contrato que se produzca por tu parte, negligencia respecto al sitio, el servicio o cualquier contenido, por cualquier pérdida beneficios, pérdida de uso, o los daños reales, especiales, indirectos, incidentales, punitivos o consecuentes de cualquier tipo derivados del mal uso por tu parte de las herramientas suministradas.

Nuestra única responsabilidad será suministrar el producto en los términos y condiciones expresados en la presente política de contratación.

IVB WELLNESS LAB shall not be held liable for any consequence, damage, or harm that may arise from the improper use of the products supplied.

 

LANGUAGE

The language in which the contract between IVB WELLNESS LAB will be finalized is Spanish.

 

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAWS

These Terms of Use are governed by Spanish law. These Terms of Use are subject to the provisions of Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on Consumers and Users, Royal Decree 1906/1999 regulating Telephone or Electronic Contracting, Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in the European Union, you will also benefit from the protection offered by any mandatory provisions of the laws of your country of residence.

In accordance with Article 29 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, contracts concluded electronically in which a consumer is a party shall be presumed to have been concluded at the place where the consumer has their habitual residence. 

Electronic contracts between businesses or professionals and users shall be presumed to have been entered into at the place where the service provider is established. In the event of a dispute arising from these general terms and conditions, and for the resolution of conflicts, the parties submit, at their own discretion and waiving any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the User's domicile.
