FiberTotal combines different types of low-FODMAP prebiotic fermentable soluble fiber that help regulate intestinal transit and promote microbiota balance. It is formulated with carefully selected ingredients to be well tolerated, even by people with sensitive digestion.

It is important that you take into account the following conditions.
1.- All orders placed before 1:00 p.m. leave our facilities that same day.
If, for example, you place an order at 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the next day.
Every time your order changes status, you'll receive an alert in your email. Additionally, once it's shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can know where it is and when it will be delivered.
2.- Depending on the total amount of your order and the area you are in, the shipping costs will be as summarized in the following table.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If your order is destined for a country outside the European Union (Switzerland or the United Kingdom), shipping may be subject to duties, taxes, or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. We will ship your package using the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place), which means IVB will be responsible for delivery but will not be responsible for any customs fees or local taxes.
The person to whom the order is addressed will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products (even if they refuse the order). Please make sure they are aware of this if you are sending products to someone outside the European Union.
It is also possible that, for customs reasons, the order may be delayed.
RETURNS
Our warehouse has a security system that monitors the preparation of each and every order. This allows us to verify, in case of any issues, which product was not shipped to you or which was shipped incorrectly. In addition to being a tool for improvement, it also helps us control potential customer fraud.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of an error on the part of IVB WELLNESS LAB in sending the wrong or defective product.
In case of errors in shipments, following the advice of the authorities due to the current situation caused by the pandemic, the customer will choose the option that best suits them:
1.- A refund of the product amount to the same account in which you placed your order, applying any discounts if applicable.
2. A replacement item will be included in the next shipment, along with a small refund for the issue. When placing your new order, please inform us of the previous issue through our available communication channels.
3.- If the incorrect product(s) sent exceed 10 euros, a return shipment will be made.
4.- Products that have been opened or unsealed, regardless of whether they have been consumed or not, will not be eligible for return.
If you wish to return a product(s), please note:
If the product you wish to return was purchased through a promotional campaign, you will be refunded the promotional price, not the original price. All items must be unopened, undamaged, and in perfect condition.
We will not accept returns of products that have already been opened, damaged (regardless of whether they have been poorly protected by the customer or due to poor practices by the carrier) or without their original packaging.
REEMBOLSOS
Los reembolsos se procederán siguiendo los puntos del apartado anterior, nunca superando los 15 días desde la recepción de la mercancía en nuestros almacenes.
La devolución se realizará siguiendo el mismo de método de pago que utilizaste: en la misma tarjeta (válido también para pagos REDSYS) o cuenta de Paypal. Si lo hiciste mediante transferencia bancaria se te pedirá un número de cuenta para hacerte la compensación.
Si lo prefieres, podrás optar por canjear el importe en un cupón descuento para tu próxima compra.
REHUSO DE PEDIDOS
Rechazar el pedido en el acto de entrega o la imposibilidad de concertar la recogida por razones no atribuibles a IVB WELLNESS o al servicio de mensajería, implicará la pérdida de los costes inherentes a la compra, a saber: costes de envío (y los mismos costes de devolución) y coste del embalaje de transporte y coste de posibles roturas en el transporte.
El transportista hará dos intentos de entrega en la dirección indicada como “Dirección de entrega”. En caso de que no pueda ser entregado, el pedido quedará estacionado durante 15 días en la oficina de ‘Dirección de entrega’ más cercana, indicada en el seguimiento de las notificaciones que recibas por nuestra parte y/o por parte de nuestros partners logísticos por correo electrónico y/o por SMS. Si transcurrido ese tiempo no se retira el pedido, éste será devuelto a nuestras instalaciones actuando según las cláusulas estipuladas en el párrafo anterior.
