How to take the supplement?– take 2 capsules a day on a full stomach. In case of difficulty swallowing, they can be opened and diluted in liquids and/or food.

We will ship your package using the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place), which means IVB will be responsible for delivery but will not be responsible for any customs fees or local taxes.

The person to whom the order is addressed will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products (even if they refuse the order). Please make sure they are aware of this if you are sending products to someone outside the European Union.

It is also possible that, for customs reasons, the order may be delayed.

RETURNS

Our warehouse has a security system that monitors the preparation of each and every order. This allows us to verify, in case of any issues, which product was not shipped to you or which was shipped incorrectly. In addition to being a tool for improvement, it also helps us control potential customer fraud.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of an error on the part of IVB WELLNESS LAB in sending the wrong or defective product.

In case of errors in shipments, following the advice of the authorities due to the current situation caused by the pandemic, the customer will choose the option that best suits them:

1.- A refund of the product amount to the same account in which you placed your order, applying any discounts if applicable.

2. A replacement item will be included in the next shipment, along with a small refund for the issue. When placing your new order, please inform us of the previous issue through our available communication channels.

3.- If the incorrect product(s) sent exceed 10 euros, a return shipment will be made.

4.- Products that have been opened or unsealed, regardless of whether they have been consumed or not, will not be eligible for return.

If you wish to return a product(s), please note:

If the product you wish to return was purchased through a promotional campaign, you will be refunded the promotional price, not the original price. All items must be unopened, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

REHUSO DE PEDIDOS

Rechazar el pedido en el acto de entrega o la imposibilidad de concertar la recogida por razones no atribuibles a IVB WELLNESS o al servicio de mensajería, implicará la pérdida de los costes inherentes a la compra, a saber: costes de envío (y los mismos costes de devolución) y coste del embalaje de transporte y coste de posibles roturas en el transporte.

El transportista hará dos intentos de entrega en la dirección indicada como “Dirección de entrega”. En caso de que no pueda ser entregado, el pedido quedará estacionado durante 15 días en la oficina de ‘Dirección de entrega’ más cercana, indicada en el seguimiento de las notificaciones que recibas por nuestra parte y/o por parte de nuestros partners logísticos por correo electrónico y/o por SMS. What is the difference between VitalNatal Woman and FertiUp? Which one should I choose?

The choice depends on your starting point and your current needs.

VitalNatal WomanThis is the basic option. It's designed for women trying to conceive without any additional factors and who want to ensure adequate nutritional status before pregnancy. It covers the essential requirements to prepare the body and reach pregnancy in the best possible condition.

FertiUpIt is the advanced option. It is designed for more demanding situations, such as assisted reproduction treatments (IVF/ICSI), low ovarian reserve, prolonged unsuccessful attempts to conceive, or contexts in which more specific and targeted nutritional support is sought.

Can I take VitalNatal Woman and FertiUp at the same time?

It's not necessary. It's recommended to choose one of two approaches: the "global" approach (VitalNatal) or the "strategic" approach (FertiUp). FertiUp is already a complete formula that includes the micronutrients critical for conception (such as active folic acid, vitamin D3, B12, iodine, and selenium). Taking both would unnecessarily double the dose. If you choose FertiUp to go "all in," you're already covered for the essentials of fertility.

I have anemia and I'm trying to get pregnant, what should I take?

Your base should be VitalNatal Woman, which already provides an adequate amount of iron for maintenance. If anemia has been diagnosed, it is recommended to add a specific supplement such as FerroPlus, adjusting it to your situation and avoiding starting everything at once if it is not necessary.

I have a bottle of the old VitalNatal Woman, is it no longer usable?

Yes, it works perfectly. The previous formula was "global" (it was good for everything). The new one is simply more specific: by removing the pregnancy and breastfeeding function, we've been able to optimize it for trying to conceive (lowering the iron you don't need as much now and increasing it to improve egg quality). Finish your old bottle without worry, and when it's gone, switch to the new one to further refine your nutrition.

Should I continue taking vitamin D3k2?

It would not be necessary to continue taking our Vitamin D3+K2, because the formula already includes the necessary amount of both vitamins to cover the peri-gestational needs of both vitamins.

When should you start taking it?

Start taking it three months before trying to conceive (when the egg begins to mature) and continue throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Why doesn't it contain magnesium?

We have decided not to include it because magnesium is a highly unstable mineral and difficult to formulate. Magnesio Total must continue to be taken to ensure preconception requirements if VitalNatal Woman is taken, in order to guarantee its maximum bioavailability.
