Content: 60 capsules. (1 month of use)

How to take the supplement? – take 2 capsules a day. It is not recommended to open the capsules and dilute them in liquids or foods due to their bitter taste.
Weight less than 50kg start with one capsule and evaluate.

When? – take two capsules with the main meal; or take 1 capsule with the main meal and another at another time of the day also with food.

Consider taking long term. It can be suspended without having a rebound effect, simply that the improvements will return to the previous values.

Recommendation– It is not recommended to take it together with metformin in the same dose due to its similar effects.

Can it be taken as an alternative or with statins?
