THEIR PHILOSOPHY
"Let people know more, fear less, and choose better"
For Isabel Viña, medicine goes beyond treating diseases: it is also about helping people understand their bodies so they can take better care of themselves and make informed decisions about their health.
A LIFE DEDICATED TO MEDICINE
Medicine has been a part of their life since childhood.
She is the daughter and granddaughter of doctors: her father, Juan Viña, is a professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology; her mother, Teresa Bas, is the head of the Multidisciplinary Spinal Pathology Unit at La Fe Hospital in Valencia; and both of her grandfathers also practiced the profession.
Isabel graduated with a degree in Medicine from the University of Valencia in 2017 and completed a three-year residency in Endocrinology and Nutrition in Madrid. From her early years in university, she became interested in supplementation and expanded her training in botany and dietary supplements, a learning process that allowed her to develop a broad perspective on the relationship between hormones, metabolism, and well-being.
Medicine based on prevention
1 · Habits
Physical exercise, nutrition, and rest as the foundation for long-term health.
2 · Evidencia
Información rigurosa basada en la ciencia para que cualquiera entienda su cuerpo
3 · Supplementation
Only when indicated and backed by science.
You are interested in solutions that help take care of your body consistently, not quick-fix promises.
From medicine to IVB Wellness Lab
Her own experience as a patient has also shaped the way she practices. Having gone through health issues allowed her to experience firsthand the uncertainty and the need to feel heard. This is, in part, the origin of a way of working that combines scientific rigor with the ability to provide support through empathy.
That same perspective gave rise to IVB Wellness Lab. After years of studying supplementation and observing the recurring needs among patients and the community, Isabel wanted to create formulas that brought together the right ingredients in a single product, in effective doses, and with a clear explanation of what they are for.
A physician specializing in hormonal health, she has made rigorous education one of her primary work tools.
Every day, we share evidence-based information for free with a simple goal: to help anyone better understand what is happening in their body and make better decisions.
