Your defenses work every day. Take care of them
all year round
The immune system is not only activated when a cold appears. It is a complex network that works continuously to maintain the body's balance.
Seasonal changes, light, temperature, and daily habits can influence the body's needs.
That is why taking care of your defenses is not just about acting at specific moments, but about supporting their proper functioning with habits maintained over time.
What does your immune system need to
function normally?
1 · Balance
You must respond when necessary and regulate that response appropriately.
2 · Available nutrients
Necesita disponer de determinados nutrientes para poder llevar a cabo sus funciones con normalidad: vitaminas y minerales como la vitamina C, la vitamina D o el zinc .
3 · Cellular protection
When defending yourself, your own cells generate free radicals. A good antioxidant balance helps protect them from oxidative damage.
When the season changes,
your body notices it too.
- Fewer hours of daylight: with the arrival of autumn, you have less exposure to the sun, which can reduce the natural synthesis of vitamin D, a nutrient that contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
- Time change and new rhythms: your internal clock needs a few days to adapt. If your rest suffers, your defenses will notice it too: sleeping well is one of the foundations of a balanced immune system.
- More time in enclosed spaces: with the arrival of cold weather, you spend more time in enclosed spaces such as the office, public transport, or at home. Less ventilation and closer proximity between people
can favor the circulation of respiratory viruses
Three pillars for taking care of your immune system
Assorted platter
Add fruits and vegetables of different colors. They provide vitamins, minerals, and antioxidant compounds that support your immune system.
Light and rest
Get out into natural light in the mid-morning and keep a consistent sleep schedule. It helps your internal clock after the time change and promotes vitamin D synthesis.
Movement and pauses
Walk daily and set aside a few minutes to disconnect. Regular activity supports immune function, and sustained stress also takes its toll.
La base está en los hábitos. Pero en determinados momentos, aportar nutrientes específicos puede ayudar a cubrir necesidades concretas y acompañar la función inmunitaria.
Your immune support routine
The immune system functions on different levels. That is why this routine combines Zinc Plus, Vitamin D3 + K2, and Vita C 500, three nutrients that act on different processes related to immune function and cellular protection.
Three nutrients to support immune function.
Zinc Plus
Defenses
- Response and recovery: Helps the immune system respond from the very first moment to external agents (innate immunity) and shortens the duration of illness.
- Antioxidant protection: Helps protect cells against oxidative damage caused by free radicals.
- Easy absorption: Combines OptiZinc® and zinc picolinate, two forms selected for their high bioavailability, along with 1 mg of copper to complete the formula.
Vitamin D3 + K2
Immune function
- Immune support: Vitamin D contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.
- Bone maintenance: Combines vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 (MK-7), which contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
- 1,000 IU of vitamin D3 per day: Provides 25 µg, in a dose designed to facilitate daily intake.
Vita C 500
Antioxidant protection
- Antioxidant protection: helps protect cells against oxidative damage and reduce tiredness and fatigue.
- Immune support: contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I take all three products together daily?
Yes. Zinc Plus, Vitamin D3+K2, and Vita C 500 are part of our Essential Line. They are formulated with physiological doses, meaning they are close to what the body uses on a daily basis. For this reason, they can be used together in the same routine without competing with each other and without overloading absorption pathways, provided you follow the recommended dosage.
2. When will I start to notice something?
Micronutrients don't work like fast-acting medication: their effect is built through consistency. Vitamin C and zinc help protect cells against oxidative damage from the moment you start taking them. In the case of vitamin D, blood levels usually take between 3 and 4 weeks of daily use to stabilize. The important thing is not to notice a sudden change, but to maintain the routine.
3. Why does Zinc Plus include copper?
Zinc and copper share the same "entry point" in the intestine. If you take zinc for a long time without copper, the zinc can displace it, eventually leading to a copper deficiency that manifests as fatigue or a weakened immune system. That is why we add 1 mg of copper: to maintain the balance between both minerals so you can take Zinc Plus continuously with peace of mind.
4. Does coffee or tea affect Zinc Plus?
You can do it. The tannins and polyphenols in coffee and tea bind to zinc and hinder its absorption. If you can, leave 1 or 2 hours between them, and do the same with calcium-rich supplements. There is no need to give up coffee: you just need to adjust the timing.
5. I'm coming back from summer and I've been sunbathing: do I need vitamin D?
It is a very common question. Starting in October, at latitudes like Spain's, the sun hits at a steeper angle, and the radiation the skin needs to produce vitamin D decreases significantly. Added to this is the fact that summer reserves are depleted within a few weeks. For this reason, it is advisable to consider supplementation during the months with less sunlight, ideally with a blood test to determine your starting point.
6. Why does Vita C 500 provide 500 mg and not 1,000?
Because more is not better: better is better. The intestine absorbs vitamin C through transporters that have a limit. Beyond a certain dose, they become saturated, and the excess is eliminated through urine. With 500 mg of L-ascorbic acid per dose, there is good utilization without overloading the body. If you need it, it is more effective to spread the dose throughout the day than to concentrate it in a single intake.
Taking care of your immune system isn't about doing everything, but about sustaining what you can maintain.
