In today's episode, I'm going to talk to you about everything related to the biogenic amine that our body produces normally and that, when in balance, is key for the immune system, memory, pain management, stomach acid production, and appetite control. HOWEVER, when it's in excess, it can lead to symptoms and signs that are "so" unrelated to each other, such as:
Hives, itchy skin
Abdominal bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea
Runny nose, itchy nose, cough, continuous tearing
Hypotension, tachycardia
Muscle and joint pain


I will also tell you about the endogenous (our body) and exogenous (diet or medication) origins of histamine accumulation.
