Today I have the incredible honor of sharing with you my conversation with Nutritionist, PhD in Food Science, researcher, and professor at UFV, but above all, my friend: Miguel López, known on social media as @nutreconciencia.

  • Vitamin B12: Do only vegans/vegetarians really need to supplement? Or, do people who don't eat red meat also need to, regardless of whether they eat fish, eggs, or dairy?
  • Is iron from plant-based foods "worse" than iron from animal sources, especially red meat?
  • Why the current fuss about red meat? Is there really a health risk from its chronic consumption, or are we "exaggerating"?
  • If we don't consume animal products, can we get the protein we need? Are we at risk of protein deficiency and therefore at risk of muscle loss?
