In today's podcast, I'll try to share tips you can apply to maintain all the health gains you've made with your lifestyle routine throughout the year. This way, if you wish, you can fully enjoy the summer while minimizing the metabolic and overall health losses that can be associated with typical summer routines, where we can't be as diligent with our exercise, diet, and other lifestyle measures.

It's not necessary to apply them all, or all at once. The important thing is to be aware of them so that, if we wish, we can apply them. Ideally all of them, but if not, any you can apply, even for just a couple of days, will always be beneficial.
