How should Methyl-B12 be taken?

Methyl-B12 can be used orally or sublingually.

Orally there are two options:

- Daily: take 250mcg of MethylB12 per day, which is measured exactly with 0.5 ml in our measuring pipette.

- Weekly: The total dose for the week is 2500mcg. To administer this amount, use the measuring pipette and fill to the 0.5 ml mark. This action should be repeated 10 times to complete the weekly dose. Remember, do not try to fill the pipette completely in one go to avoid dosing errors due to air bubbles.

Sublingually:

- It should be taken daily and the dose is the same as the daily oral dose, that is, 250 mcg, which is equivalent to 0.5 ml. Place this amount under the tongue and hold it there for 30 to 60 seconds to allow absorption through the sublingual veins before swallowing.

How do I know if I need to take B12?

- Due to certain symptoms and signs of B12 deficiency, which are the following: neurological, such as memory loss, irritability, loss of sensitivity or feeling of numbness/numbness in the legs, etc.; blood, such as macrocytic anemia, leukopenia and thrombocytopenia; or others, such as increased synthesis of cholesterol and triglycerides.
