Benefits according to scientific evidence

Immune modulation

Chen et al. (2023) conducted a randomized controlled trial in 72 healthy adults receiving Reishi-derived β-glucans. They observedsignificant increase in T and NK cell activity without serious adverse events.

Reduction of fatigue and improvement of well-being

A recent trial by Mitra et al., 2025 in female university students showed that daily consumption of Reishi extract for 8 weeksimproved fatigue indicators and reduced oxidative stress markers.
