On today's podcast, I'm answering the most frequently asked questions from the Q&A box I posted on my Instagram @isabelvina.
The goal of the podcast is for you to understand that transitioning to a stage of hormonal maturity like menopause doesn't have to mean accepting that "you're not who you used to be, and this is just how it is, you're old" AT ALL.
There are changes during the peri- and post-menopause stages. But if you understand these changes, they bring many good things, and the not-so-good aspects can be improved. You know what I always say: EVERY STONE BUILDS A WALL.
