If your order is destined for a country outside the European Union (Switzerland or the United Kingdom), shipping may be subject to duties, taxes, or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. We will ship your package using the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place), which means IVB will be responsible for delivery but will not be responsible for any customs fees or local taxes.

The person to whom the order is addressed will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products (even if they refuse the order). Please make sure they are aware of this if you are sending products to someone outside the European Union.

It is also possible that, for customs reasons, the order may be delayed.

RETURNS

Our warehouse has a security system that monitors the preparation of each and every order. This allows us to verify, in case of any issues, which product was not shipped to you or which was shipped incorrectly. In addition to being a tool for improvement, it also helps us control potential customer fraud.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of an error on the part of IVB WELLNESS LAB in sending the wrong or defective product.

In case of errors in shipments, following the advice of the authorities due to the current situation caused by the pandemic, the customer will choose the option that best suits them:

1.- A refund of the product amount to the same account in which you placed your order, applying any discounts if applicable.

2. A replacement item will be included in the next shipment, along with a small refund for the issue. When placing your new order, please inform us of the previous issue through our available communication channels.

3.- If the incorrect product(s) sent exceed 10 euros, a return shipment will be made.

4.- Products that have been opened or unsealed, regardless of whether they have been consumed or not, will not be eligible for return.

If you wish to return a product(s), please note:

If the product you wish to return was purchased through a promotional campaign, you will be refunded the promotional price, not the original price. All items must be unopened, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

We will not accept returns of products that have already been opened, damaged (regardless of whether they have been poorly protected by the customer or due to poor practices by the carrier) or without their original packaging.

REHUSO DE PEDIDOS

El transportista hará dos intentos de entrega en la dirección indicada como “Dirección de entrega”. En caso de que no pueda ser entregado, el pedido quedará estacionado durante 15 días en la oficina de ‘Dirección de entrega’ más cercana, indicada en el seguimiento de las notificaciones que recibas por nuestra parte y/o por parte de nuestros partners logísticos por correo electrónico y/o por SMS. How should Methyl-B12 be taken?

Methyl-B12 can be used orally or sublingually.

Orally there are two options:

- Daily: take 250mcg of MethylB12 per day, which is measured exactly with 0.5 ml in our measuring pipette.

- Weekly: The total dose for the week is 2500mcg. To administer this amount, use the measuring pipette and fill to the 0.5 ml mark. This action should be repeated 10 times to complete the weekly dose. Remember, do not try to fill the pipette completely in one go to avoid dosing errors due to air bubbles.

Sublingually:

- It should be taken daily and the dose is the same as the daily oral dose, that is, 250 mcg, which is equivalent to 0.5 ml. Place this amount under the tongue and hold it there for 30 to 60 seconds to allow absorption through the sublingual veins before swallowing.

How do I know if I need to take B12?

- Due to certain symptoms and signs of B12 deficiency, which are the following: neurological, such as memory loss, irritability, loss of sensitivity or feeling of numbness/numbness in the legs, etc.; blood, such as macrocytic anemia, leukopenia and thrombocytopenia; or others, such as increased synthesis of cholesterol and triglycerides.

- If you have an inadequate intake: you do not eat meat (especially red meat) or fish 3-4 times a week.

- If you have inadequate absorption due to: chronic atrophic gastritis (often coexists with autoimmune diseases), inflammatory bowel disease, chronic pancreatitis, bariatric surgery, microscopic colitis, bacterial overgrowth.

The only but, the pipette

The vitamin B12 is great, but the pipette is not: to fill it halfway you have to do some filigree work (those of us who have children know that there are medicines with a pipette that work great) and the measurement indicator was erased on the 2nd day. Otherwise, great!

The pipette does not suck and the 0.5 mark is erased.

Discovering its benefits

I started consuming it as a supplement since I am consuming less and less animal protein.
Coincidentally, after taking this and other supplements such as magnesium and vitamin D for a while, I have noticed that my problems with numbness in my arms due to a diagnosis of moderate carpal tunnel syndrome have been greatly reduced. I have seen that it may be related to the consumption of these vitamins and I am super happy because it was becoming more and more bothersome and was starting to be somewhat painful.
As a small note regarding its format, I would like to say that when the bottle is empty, it cannot be removed with the pipette, and it is difficult to control the dose.

Great, but the pipette needs to be improved.

The only drawback of this product is the pipette, which is not very comfortable for collecting the liquid. When there is little left to finish, it does not reach the bottom either. Otherwise, I highly recommend it. It fully meets the expectations generated by Isabel, and what is expected of a B12 supplement.
