How to take the supplement?– take 2 capsules a day. It is not recommended to open the capsules and dilute them in liquids or food.

When?– with or without food. If you are more hungry at night, take one with breakfast and another at lunch. If you are hungrier at midday, have one for dinner and one for breakfast.

There is no maximum taking time. It is recommended to take it for at least 3-4 months to see its effects. Once the peak of appetite and sweet craving is controlled, it can be reduced to 1 capsule per day. If you experience increased appetite or sweet cravings again, you can take 2 capsules a day.

Recommendation– during breastfeeding, take after breastfeeding.

If your order is destined for a country outside the European Union (Switzerland or the United Kingdom), shipping may be subject to duties, taxes, or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. It is also possible that, for customs reasons, the order may be delayed.

RETURNS

Our warehouse has a security system that monitors the preparation of each and every order. This allows us to verify, in case of any issues, which product was not shipped to you or which was shipped incorrectly. In addition to being a tool for improvement, it also helps us control potential customer fraud.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of an error on the part of IVB WELLNESS LAB in sending the wrong or defective product.

In case of errors in shipments, following the advice of the authorities due to the current situation caused by the pandemic, the customer will choose the option that best suits them:

1.- A refund of the product amount to the same account in which you placed your order, applying any discounts if applicable.

2. A replacement item will be included in the next shipment, along with a small refund for the issue. When placing your new order, please inform us of the previous issue through our available communication channels.

3.- If the incorrect product(s) sent exceed 10 euros, a return shipment will be made.

4.- Products that have been opened or unsealed, regardless of whether they have been consumed or not, will not be eligible for return.

If you wish to return a product(s), please note:

If the product you wish to return was purchased through a promotional campaign, you will be refunded the promotional price, not the original price. All items must be unopened, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

We will not accept returns of products that have already been opened, damaged (regardless of whether they have been poorly protected by the customer or due to poor practices by the carrier) or without their original packaging.

REHUSO DE PEDIDOS

Rechazar el pedido en el acto de entrega o la imposibilidad de concertar la recogida por razones no atribuibles a IVB WELLNESS o al servicio de mensajería, implicará la pérdida de los costes inherentes a la compra, a saber: costes de envío (y los mismos costes de devolución) y coste del embalaje de transporte y coste de posibles roturas en el transporte.

El transportista hará dos intentos de entrega en la dirección indicada como “Dirección de entrega”. En caso de que no pueda ser entregado, el pedido quedará estacionado durante 15 días en la oficina de ‘Dirección de entrega’ más cercana, indicada en el seguimiento de las notificaciones que recibas por nuestra parte y/o por parte de nuestros partners logísticos por correo electrónico y/o por SMS. Si transcurrido ese tiempo no se retira el pedido, éste será devuelto a nuestras instalaciones actuando según las cláusulas estipuladas en el párrafo anterior.

After three weeks of taking it...

The truth is that I do notice that my appetite has decreased, although I still haven't figured out the right time of day to take it so that it reduces my appetite the most. The bottle says to take 2 capsules a day, but seeing that the effect on me (who has historically had a good appetite) is relatively limited, I wonder if it is possible to increase the intake to 3 capsules a day or, for example, take two capsules in one single dose (main meal for example). In my case, I am taking it together with Metabolic Max and the sensations are good, but let's see if I can reduce my appetite even more and lose weight.

Hello, how are you? Yes, you could take both together 6-8 hours before the time of day when your appetite is greatest. You could also take both separately: if you are hungrier at night, you can take one at lunch and one at dinner; if you are hungrier in the morning, one at lunch and one at dinner; if your appetite is greatest at midday-evening, one at breakfast and one at lunch. Once the peak of appetite and craving for sweets is under control, you can reduce it to 1 capsule a day. If you experience an increase in appetite or craving for sweets again, you can resume taking 2 capsules a day. The idea is to keep trying until you find the most effective way for you.
