INGREDIENTS: Myo-inositol, capsule* (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Rhodiola Rosea dry extract (Rhodiola Rosea, root, 3% rosavins, 1% salidrosides), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), coenzyme Q10, Nicotinamide (niacin), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), black pepper dry extract (Piper Nigrum, fruit), potassium iodide and sodium selenite.

How to take the supplement?– take 2 capsules a day. If you have difficulty swallowing, open the capsules and dissolve in water.

When?– preferably at lunch on a full stomach. There is no maximum taking time, a minimum of 8 consecutive months of taking is recommended.

You can rest or maintain it for 1-2 months by taking it 3 times a week. Resume regular intake after the maintenance period.

Recommendation– avoid taking it at the same time as proton pump inhibitors, iron, probiotics, fat absorption inhibitors, coffee, and/or Euthyrox/Levothyroxine.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of young children.

Do I have to have thyroid problems to take it?

TyroEnergy is not only for people with thyroid problems, but in the case of people with the aforementioned problems, it helps reduce the antibodies that attack their thyroid, which means it has a double benefit. Can TyroEnergy be taken during pregnancy?

TyroEnergy is best not taken during pregnancy, BUT because some gynaecologists do not know what Rhodiola Rosea is and do not recommend it. So in principle it is suitable, but consult your gynaecologist for this specific supplement to be more confident. If you still decide to take it, the only thing that will make you not take VitalNatal Woman, is that it is better not to take it. Who cannot take TyroEnergy?

The only people who CANNOT take TyroEnergy are those with active HYPERthyroidism. That is, those who are on drugs for Hyperthyroidism or who have been on them and are now "in remission." It helps me to be less tired
