1.- All orders placed before 1:00 p.m. leave our facilities that same day.

If, for example, you place an order at 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the next day.

Every time your order changes status, you'll receive an alert in your email. Additionally, once it's shipped, you'll receive a tracking number so you can know where it is and when it will be delivered.

2.- Depending on the total amount of your order and the area you are in, the shipping costs will be as summarized in the following table.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If your order is destined for a country outside the European Union (Switzerland or the United Kingdom), shipping may be subject to duties, taxes, or other charges due to local and/or customs laws. We will ship your package using the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place), which means IVB will be responsible for delivery but will not be responsible for any customs fees or local taxes.

The person to whom the order is addressed will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the products (even if they refuse the order). Please make sure they are aware of this if you are sending products to someone outside the European Union.

It is also possible that, for customs reasons, the order may be delayed.

RETURNS

Our warehouse has a security system that monitors the preparation of each and every order. This allows us to verify, in case of any issues, which product was not shipped to you or which was shipped incorrectly. In addition to being a tool for improvement, it also helps us control potential customer fraud.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of an error on the part of IVB WELLNESS LAB in sending the wrong or defective product.

In case of errors in shipments, following the advice of the authorities due to the current situation caused by the pandemic, the customer will choose the option that best suits them:

1.- A refund of the product amount to the same account in which you placed your order, applying any discounts if applicable.

2. A replacement item will be included in the next shipment, along with a small refund for the issue. When placing your new order, please inform us of the previous issue through our available communication channels.

3.- If the incorrect product(s) sent exceed 10 euros, a return shipment will be made.

4.- Products that have been opened or unsealed, regardless of whether they have been consumed or not, will not be eligible for return.

If you wish to return a product(s), please note:

If the product you wish to return was purchased through a promotional campaign, you will be refunded the promotional price, not the original price. All items must be unopened, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

We will not accept returns of products that have already been opened, damaged (regardless of whether they have been poorly protected by the customer or due to poor practices by the carrier) or without their original packaging.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed following the points in the previous section, never exceeding 15 days from the receipt of the merchandise in our warehouses.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used: to the same card (also valid for REDSYS payments) or PayPal account. If you paid by bank transfer, you will be asked for an account number to issue the compensation.

If you prefer, you can opt to exchange the amount for a discount coupon for your next purchase.

ORDER REFUSAL

Refusing the order at the time of delivery or the inability to arrange pickup for reasons not attributable to IVB WELLNESS or the courier service will result in the loss of costs inherent to the purchase, namely: shipping costs (and the same return costs) and the cost of transport packaging and the cost of any breakages during transport.

The carrier will make two delivery attempts to the address indicated as "Delivery address." If it cannot be delivered, the order will be held for 15 days at the nearest "Delivery address" office, indicated in the tracking notifications you receive from us and/or our logistics partners via email and/or SMS. If the order is not picked up after this period, it will be returned to our facilities, acting according to the clauses stipulated in the previous paragraph.

How can I combine the flavor sticks?

They are specifically designed to be combined and customize the flavor of the unflavored or unsweetened base products offered.

To consume the protein, mix the recommended dose (25 g) with 200-250 ml of water, milk, or plant-based drink. This is the step where you add your chosen natural flavoring for sweetness and taste.

You can mix the flavor sticks with our unflavored powder supplements such as whey and vegan protein, FiberTotal, Creatine Essential, CREAMAG, and SomniLove.

What are flavored sticks made of? Are they healthy?

IVB flavorings are designed to add flavor without compromising the nutritional quality or digestibility of neutral powder products. They are formulated with inulin fiber, gum arabic, sodium chloride, and sucralose, in addition to vanilla, strawberry, and white chocolate flavors, defatted cocoa powder, or dry cinnamon extract, depending on the chosen flavor.

Why were separate flavorings chosen instead of pre-flavored proteins?

The brand's philosophy is to offer maximum versatility. The dairy and vegan proteins remain pure, with no added sweeteners or flavorings.

This gives the consumer the freedom to customize the flavor to their liking and avoids consuming unnecessary ingredients, which is especially relevant since many plant proteins on the market come with predefined flavors and artificial sweeteners.

Can I use flavor sticks in cooking recipes?

Yes, you can add the flavor sticks to recipes such as hot smoothies, baked goods (cookies, cakes, muffins), porridge, and purees.

When protein is cooked, its structural properties change due to denaturation, but its nutritional properties (its value and contribution of amino acids) are not lost.

Can I put the sticks directly into the protein powder container to flavor everything?

No. The sticks are designed to be used individually (one serving of product = one flavor stick). If you pour the sticks into your protein or fiber container, they will not mix homogeneously and the product's dosage will be ruined. Always use them directly in your glass or shaker.

Can I make a smoothie with just the stick and water or milk?

You can, as it will give a delicious flavor to your milk or plant-based drink, but remember that it will not be providing you with protein. They are the ideal complement for sweetening coffees, yogurts, or drinks, but they are not a nutritional supplement on their own.
