How to take the supplement?– can be taken orally or sublingually.

ORAL USE
As?– take 0.5 ml a day, preferably with food.

SUBLINGUAL USE

Place this amount under the tongue and hold there for 30 to 60 seconds to allow absorption through the sublingual veins before swallowing.

When?– at any time of the day. There is no maximum taking time.

Recommendation– at all doses, make sure not to fill the pipette completely to avoid measurement error due to air bubbles. Always use the 0.5 ml mark as a reference for measurements.

¿Cómo se debe tomar la Metil-B12?

La Metil-B12 se puede usar modo oral o sublingual.

De manera oral hay dos opciones:

- Diariamente: tomar 250mcg de MetilB12 al día, lo que se mide exactamente con 0,5 ml en nuestra pipeta medidora.

- Semanalmente: la dosis total para la semana es de 2500mcg. Para administrar esta cantidad, utiliza la pipeta medidora y llena hasta la marca de 0,5 ml. Esta acción se debe repetir 10 veces para completar la dosis semanal. Recuerda, no intentes llenar la pipeta completamente en una sola vez para evitar errores en la dosis por las burbujas de aire.

De manera sublingual:

- Debe ser diario y la dosis es la misma que la oral diaria, es decir, 250mcg que equivalen a 0,5 ml. Coloca esta cantidad debajo de la lengua y mantenla allí entre 30 a 60 segundos para permitir la absorción a través de las venas sublinguales antes de tragar.

¿Cómo saber si tengo que tomar B12?

- Por ciertos síntomas y signos de déficit de B12 que son los siguientes: neurológicos como pérdidas de memoria, irritabilidad, pérdida de la sensibilidad o sensación de entumecimiento/acorchamiento en las piernas, etc; sanguíneos como anemia macrocítica, leucopenia y trombopenia; u otros como aumento de la síntesis de colesterol y triglicéridos.

- Si tienes una ingesta inadecuada: no se consume 3-4 veces por semana carne (especialmente roja) o pescado. 

- Si posees una absorción inadecuada por: gastritis crónica atrófica (suele coexistir en enfermedades autoinmunes), enfermedad inflamatoria intestinal, pancreatitis crónica, cirugía bariátrica, colitis microscópica, sobrecrecimiento bacteriana. 

- Por la toma de ciertos fármacos como: metformina, anticonceptivos orales, inhibidores de la bomba de protones metrotexato, ingesta de alcohol, entre otros.
