Hello :)

In today's episode, I'll tell you about:

-Why, as much as possible, it's important to reduce our daily exposure to hormonal disruptors (compounds that can interfere with the proper functioning of our hormones by going unnoticed) and how, in this context, we can replace the pans we use daily for cooking with pans that don't contain components that detach and act as hormonal disruptors:

You can look for them exactly like this in physical or online stores, although I'll provide some brands to help you out. NONE of these are sponsored; I pay for them myself when I buy some brands I use, haha!

-Mineral iron: some brands: De Buyer.
-Cast iron: Lodge
-Enameled cast iron: Le Cruset, Staub
-Stainless steel: there are several brands, De Buyer also has them. Regarding the numbers, if you have a nickel allergy or chemical sensitivity, look for 18/0 stainless steel or titanium stainless steel.
-Ceramic: GreenPan, SKK, Zwilling

If you're interested in the topic of disruptors, episode 58 of the podcast might complement this information :)

Creatine: Summary: hair loss doesn't seem to be caused by creatine monohydrate :)) thank goodness! For more on creatine, check out episodes 52 and 65 of the podcast.
