Los tratamientos con agonistas GLP-1 han supuesto un antes y un después en el manejo de la obesidad. Pero, como ocurre con cualquier herramienta terapéutica, no todo consiste en perder peso y, aunque estos fármacos ofrecen muy buenos resultados, también conllevan una gran responsabilidad: evitar perder salud metabólica por el camino.
