Please take note of the following conditions.
1.- All orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped on the same day from our facilities.
For example, if you place an order at 5:00 PM, it will be shipped the following day.
You will receive email alerts whenever your order changes status. Additionally, once it is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track its location and estimated delivery time.
2.- The shipping costs will depend on the total amount of your order and the delivery zone. Please refer to the following table for a summary of the shipping charges.

Our warehouse has a security system that monitors the preparation of each and every order. This allows us to identify any missing or incorrectly shipped products. Besides being a tool for improvement, it helps to prevent possible fraud by customers.
In the event of shipping errors, following the recommendations of the authorities due to the current pandemic situation, the customer can choose the most suitable option:
1.- A refund of the product amount to the same account used for the purchase, with applicable discounts if they were applied.
2.- Replacement of the item in the next shipment along with a detail regarding the incident. When placing the new order, please inform us about the previous incident through the available communication channels.
3.- In case the incorrect product(s) shipped exceeds 10 euros, a return shipping will be arranged.
4.- Opened or unsealed products, regardless of whether they have been consumed or not, are not eligible for returns.
If you wish to return a product(s), please note the following:
If the product you want to return was acquired through a promotional campaign, you must return all the items involved. All items must be intact, unopened, and in perfect condition.
We do not accept returns of products that have been opened, damaged (regardless of whether it was due to inadequate packaging by the customer or carrier mishandling), or without their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed following the points mentioned above, within a maximum of 15 days from the receipt of the goods at our warehouses.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used: to the same card (also valid for REDSYS payments) or your PayPal account. If you made the payment through a bank transfer, we will ask for your bank account number to process the refund.
Alternatively, you can choose to receive a voucher for the refunded amount as a discount coupon for your next purchase.
REFUSAL OF ORDERS
Rejecting the order in the act of delivery or the impossibility of arranging the collection for reasons not attributable to IVB WELLNESS or the courier service, will imply the loss of the costs inherent to the purchase, namely: shipping costs (and the same costs return) and cost of transport packaging and cost of possible breakages in transport.
The carrier will make two delivery attempts at the address indicated as “Delivery Address”. In the event that it cannot be delivered, the order will remain parked for 15 days at the nearest ‘Delivery Address’ office, indicated in the follow-up to the notifications you receive from us and/or from our logistics partners by email and/or SMS. If after that time the order is not withdrawn, it will be returned to our facilities acting according to the clauses stipulated in the previous paragraph.
