EP 6. Hormones and Psychology with Elena Puig. Pt 1
41min 41sec
¡Hola! Today I'm launching a fantastic new podcast section: Interviews with people and professionals in the health sector, including medicine, psychology, pharmacy... who will help me complement my knowledge about hormones and metabolism so we can complete the circle of achieving full health, which will manifest in a better quality of life.
The first guest is health psychologist Elena Puig. An amazing woman you'll fall in love with as much as I did during the interview (so much so that we've done a second part). In today's first part, we discuss:
Why do women seek more help in mental health? Are we predisposed to suffer more from self-esteem or mood problems?
What is the wounded inner child, and how can childhood traumas affect our self-esteem, self-demand, and way of facing conflicts in adulthood?
In what way do psychology and the relationship with food contribute to the development of complex diseases like obesity?
Are there solutions to help people with emotional hunger?
I hope you enjoy this first part of the interview with Elena and that it leaves you eager to listen to the second part next Saturday. You can follow Elena on her Instagram @elenapuigguitart
As for me, you know you help me a lot if you share and rate the podcast.
